Management team on the PDC project. Responsibilities include
development and/or revisions of project documents in preparation for Critical
Decisions, monitoring of project budgets, schedules and scope, coordination
of interfaces between functional organizations and project contractors,
reporting weekly project status to the PMO and stakeholders, and tracking
project action items. In addition, served as CAM for the project management
control accounts where tasks include development of basis of estimates and
task analyses, trending, variance analysis, and monitoring and controlling of

Controls Engineer, Nuclear Fuel Services, TRU Legacy Solid Waste Management,
Savannah River Site, South Carolina (11/2009-6/2010) Responsible for five (5) cost control accounts
totaling over $53 Million for which I statused monthly P6 schedules with
performance using EVMS methodology, develop Estimates at Completion, tracked
weekly costs including labor, trended and identified potential baseline vs
actual disconnects, and prepared monthly variance analysis reports.
Additional responsibilities include: 1.
Collecting, maintaining, organizing and analyzing
the Earned Value Management metrics 2.
Maintenance of control account schedules in P6. 3.
Preparation of reports, graphs, and charts to
assist in data analysis. 4.
Provide early identification of potential
deviations from the contract performance baseline with the objective of
mitigating the impact of negative events and maximizing the benefit of
positive events. 5.

Principal
Project Controls Engineer, Parsons Infrastructure and Technology, Newport Chemical
Demilitarization Facility (NECDF), Newport, Indiana (3/2007-11/2009) A senior
member of the Parsons Project Controls team located at NECDF (Newport
Chemical Agent Disposal Facility) a $1.3 Billion project in Newport,
Indiana. Responsible for ten (10) closure cost control accounts and
three (3) remaining operations control accounts totaling over $29 Million for
which I developed EAC, estimate accruals, and prepared monthly variance
analysis reports using EVMS methods. Tasks also included the following: 1. Use appropriate Earned Value methods and work in conjunction with
Scheduling, to provide project progress and EV performance to Management. 2.
Analyze, evaluate and forecast current status
against the established closure baseline schedule. 3. Assist in maintaining cost schedule integration between the Earned
Value cost engine MPM and Primavera (P6). 4.
Assess the impact(s) of discrete work and
subcontractor changes and schedule slippage. 5. Maintain the development of realistic Estimates at Completion at the
control account level. 6. Ensure estimated actuals (accruals) are completed accurately and
on-time to support internal and external cost reporting. 7. Assist in the development of the Contract Performance Report. Ensure
the planned activities on the EVM Calendar are completed on time. Ensure the
accuracy of the baseline, performance and actual cost data within MPM. 8. In conjunction with the CAM ensure the accurate and complete analysis
of schedule and cost variances. Ensure clear and concise explanations of

Project
Controls/Cost Scheduler, AGVIQ, LLC, Virginia Beach, Virginia (8/2004 –
2/2007) A member
of two Joint Venture programs for which responsibilities included
development, implementation, and maintenance of project schedules including
critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing project information
associated with procurement and construction terminology, concepts and
relationships. Developed budget projections and proposals for
individual projects as well as the Joint Ventures. Also projected
yearly budget and resource needs for the Joint Ventures as well as AGVIQ independently.
Identified and coordinated all project procurement and contract
administration needs jointly with site superintendents, vendors and
subcontractors for all construction and environmental onsite work.
Projects supported included over fifty (50) Task Orders totaling over $30
Million as part of a Remedial Action Contract (RAC) under the US Navy,
LANTDIV in both construction and environmental remediation work. These
projects included but are not limited to the following: 1. Construction of Wetland Nature Preserves at both Patuxent River Naval
Air Station (NAS), Patuxent River, Maryland and Little Creek Amphibious Base,

Museum
Educator, Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center, Virginia Beach,
Virginia (5/2002 – 8/2004) Responsible for planning and implementing
preschool through school-aged children educational environmental programs
both on-site and off-site involving structured educational materials, crafts
and live animals presentations. Instructed afterschool educational
programs and summer camps, and coordinated and trained personnel for onsite
educational birthday parties. Developed, implemented and coordinated
SEAnior Science Sessions – a senior citizen based educational program for
active community seniors. Also coordinated all cost control and

project controls division of the LANTDIV Remedial Action Contract (RAC)
focusing on Soil and Water Remediation. Frequently visited projects to
ensure cost/schedule compliance as well as project team building. In a
secondary role, assisted the Program Controls Manager in producing the
Combined Monthly Performance Reports for each of the over forty (40) contract
Task Orders and served as liaison between company and Navy LANTDIV officials.

organic compounds and metals. Developed cost estimates and fee
proposals for various scopes of work. Extensive report writing
